The three example questions that follow will help you determine if your have a reasonable aptitude for patent matters at a level necessary to pass the Patent Bar Exam. It is not necessary for you to pick out the correct answer for each question. But, it is necessary that you understand the questions and can appreciate why the provided answers are correct.
These questions are quite similar to ones that have actually appeared on recent Patent Bar Exams. They have been chosen as examples here because they do not require extensive background knowledge in order to select the correct answer. However, these questions are otherwise representative of those that may appear on an actual Patent Bar Exam.
